3200m Relay Delivers Near Sub 8 Minute Performance at Metropolitan Invite
Armory, NYC - The Red Raiders ran a 9 second seasonal best as the 3200m relay of Liam Purdy (2:00.5), Tom Landes (2:00.3), Taylor Vippolis (1:59.1) and Rich Bertrand (2:00.4) placed second at the New Jersey Metropolitan Invite at the 168th Street Armory. The team placed second in 8:00.4. results continued

Re-Writing History...NR's 4x8 Continues to Make Strides Winning the County Championship and Setting a Meet Record
The Armory, NYC - North Rockland's 4x8 broke a 14 year old county meet record set by their brethren back in 1998 when the NR team of Steve Alicea, Danny Maller, Jose Urena and Mike Euell ran 8:17 back in 1998, Liam Purdy ran a splendid lead-off in (2:01.9) and handed off in first to Tom Landes (2:02.8) who posted a personal best relay split time. Seniors Brett Bernard (2:06.5) and Richard Bertrand (2:04.6) brought the Raiders home and into the record books. Senior Taylor Vippolis continued his MVP style season winning the 300m in 36.25 after placing second earlier in the 600m in 1:22.9. Senior Dom Dibari delivered a clutch performance winning his first county championship in the pole vault (12'6"). results continued

Eugene Levy Fieldhouse, Suffern, NY - North Rockland's 4x8 relay ran 8:09 to win the 3200m relay at the Ridgewood Games held at RCC. The team of Liam Purdy (2:02), Tom Landes (2:04), Taylor Vippolis (2:00) and Rich Bertrand (2:02) was the first time the four have ran together this season. results continued
